Sarah Bliss joined the real estate industry in 1995 and quickly realized that to be successfully, you must surround yourself with success. In 1997, she joined the Nate Martinez Team, where she has served as an active agent, team leader and trainer over the last 12 years. In the fall of 2005, she designed a 7 week training program for RE/MAX Professionals and facilitated the training program to new agents coming into the industry. She has also traveled with Star Power Systems and taught for their “Team Training” Program, as well as at their annual conference. In 2009, she assisted her Team in processing over 2,000 REO/Foreclosure contracts for various banks, including Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, which resulted in over 500 closed home sales. She has taught various classes both locally and nationally and today, her classes are directed more towards personal empowerment and human development. Sarah believes very strongly through her own experiences the importance of self-improvement and self-discovery. Her writing has been published in national real estate journals and she is currently working on her autobiography. 
About the Instructor, Sarah M. Bliss
When not working, Sarah enjoys spending time with her two adorable Chihuahuas, Diego and Daisey May, her friends and family and values the close relationships she has with those she loves. Locally, she has one brother, Peter who is married to his wonderful wife, Larissa and their two boys, Zeph and Nevin.
